MovingWorks Property Marketing is offering the opportunity to become a franchisee of the brand and run your own estate agency business.  

  First of all, an initial informal meeting is set up so that both parties can make an assessment as to suitability. This usually takes place in the head office in Preston.

A franchisee will be assigned sole rights to an area and a small deposit will reserve this area whilst premises are found. The premises must be approximately 1,000 sq ft and must conform to a set retail concept, both on the interior and exterior.

Prior to opening, you will be given comprehensive training at the head office and this will incorporate property valuations, sales negotiations, client care, documentation, staff recruitment, accounting and much more to prepare you for your role as franchisee.

To start the business off, a programme of launch publicity will be prepared. When you open, a member of the support team will be with you for a specified number of days to assist generally and provide initial hand-holding.

When you become operational, you will be incorporated into the MovingWorks Property Marketing website which is claimed will prove a very effective marketing tool. You will also have quality literature headling your set fee level which should help secure new clients. 

The financial investment required for start-up will differ but a typical requirement will be £30,000 plus working capital.MovingWorks has arranged facilities with major banks to provide lending up to 70% of the required start up capital. They also provide shared franchises where they will contribute some of the set up costs.
